Product Manager
Job Description
Working closely with the Solutions Architect and Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will be: 1. Establish the product/service strategy & roadmap and manage the product/service through its lifecycle: Work with a variety of stakeholders, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities to improve products/services, implementation methodologies, and business processes. Assess product/service against industry competitors, and consider innovations implemented elsewhere.
Conduct user surveys, and convene product/service user groups to collect, analyze, and prioritize potential enhancements; and Develop and maintain product/service roadmaps identifying enhancements, supporting analysis, and implementation timelines, and work with internal and external teams to comply with roadmap.
