Product Manager – Indirect Tax (Customer Implementation and Onboarding Focus)
We’re seeking a customer‑focused, collaborative, and strategic individual to lead the improvement of the implementation and onboarding experience for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities- Lead efforts to enhance the implementation and onboarding experience collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, certified implementation partners, and customers worldwide.
- Identify and resolve market problems, use scenarios, implementation strategies, go‑to‑market activities, and best practices across global markets.
- Translate market‑driven and internal business needs into actionable user stories using interviews, market validation, and beta programs.
