Product Lead – Chatbot, Voice & CX Strategy

Talently is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define the product vision and strategy for Chatbot and Voice tools based in Mexico, Estado de México. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Product Management or Process Optimization, strong chatbot ecosystem expertise, and experience with Agile/Scrum.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product roadmaps based on objectives and key results.
