Product Engineer (Product Manager)

About the Role

Reports to: Director of Product

You are the product strategist, the spec writer, the QA owner, and the stakeholder interface — and when the fastest path to unblocking your engineers is writing the code yourself, you write it. This is not a role with a clean boundary between ‘product’ and ‘engineering.’ That boundary is intentionally blurred, because the best product decisions are inseparable from technical reality.

You will work in a small, high-leverage pod alongside 2–4 engineers. Your job is to keep that pod moving at maximum throughput: clear specs, fast decisions, QA that actually catches things, and enough technical depth to stay honest about complexity. Claude Code...
