Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Engineer for GDI – work with customer.
• Work with PHINIA Engineering System; Team Center, DFMEA, etc.
• Primary contact for existing and new pursuit customer programs.
• Define product definition for customer programs – BOM, etc.
• Work with customers to achieve successful packaging.
• Customer project team meetings to complete actions required.
• Lead customer tech reviews, responsible for customer SOR.
• Release prints & drawings on time, accurately; work in Team Center.
• Responsible for successful validation on time.
• Support Supplier component tech reviews.
• Problem solving for customer returns, warranty...
