Job Title: Product Development Manager
Salary Range: CAD$85,220.00 – CAD$106.550

Key Accountabilities
- Project Manage new products from start to launch following the New Product Development Stage & Gate Process
- The main point of contact for customer product developers
- Weekly meetings with customer developers
- Communicate NPD Briefs from customers to wider business, set up and manage projects on internal system
- Lead cross functional Feasibility Meetings to establish if & how concepts can be made and at what cost
- Gather information for product costings based on new product development brief supplied by the customer and the Commercial team
- Lead the presentation of product submissions to Walmart alongside the Commercial team
- Refine and align products with customer feedback
