Job Description
Primary Duties:
Design and develop glass products with a focus on the Cut, Break, and Grind (CBG) process.Support glass development projects, assist program managers/project leaders in meeting project milestones, document development run results, plan and assist with improvement actions documented through run reports.Collect, manage, and maintain the ongoing and historical process and tooling data necessary to identify process and machine tendencies, while applying lessons learned.Identify process limitations and suggest necessary changes required to meet process capabilities.Assist the program managers in planning and provide responses to all open issues regarding assigned areas of responsibility.Act as engineering interface with plant process owners and outside vendors.
