Role Responsibilities

• Design and engineer elegant and practical mechanical and electromechanical solutions with manufacturability and end‑user satisfaction in mind.
• Plan, execute, and document the design, build, testing, and prototyping of innovative new products.
• Use systematic research methods to draw out customer and end‑user requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and peers to identify and execute sound design solutions.
• Collaborate with the Inertia team and vendors to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver outstanding results.
• Balance project scope, budget, timing, and deliverables as part of the team.
• Manage and coordinate manufacturing partners and in‑house assembly teams.
• Develop and encourage strong peer relationships across various disciplines, functions, teams, and geographies.
