:Purpose of Position
The Product Designer provides leadership in envisioning, shaping, and advancing clear, intuitive, and user‑focused design solutions that support Market Conduct’s systems and modernization strategy. This role partners with business teams, product owners, solution architects, and developers to translate requirements into forward‑thinking, accessible user journeys, interface designs, and prototypes that align with FSRA’s regulatory vision. The position plays a key role in championing user‑centered system design that is consistent and aligned with organizational standards and meets the needs of both internal users and external stakeholders.
