Product Design Lead (LatAm, Remote)

We are looking for a Product Design Lead based in Latin America to drive the vision and execution of design across multiple digital projects.

This role combines creative leadership with hands‑on design execution, mentoring junior designers and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create scalable design systems and motion‑enhanced interfaces.

Accountabilities

• Lead and execute design activities across multiple projects, owning the quality and consistency of design outputs.
• Conduct discovery, research, and stakeholder interviews to understand challenges and define actionable insights.
• Create UX artifacts, wireframes, high‑fidelity screens, prototypes, and motion studies that illustrate user flows and experiences.
