We are looking for someone with a passion for data and scaling a business. The ideal candidate digs into data and zooms out to identify trends that drive big‑picture decisions. This role provides business leaders with the visibility they need to run teams and resources as effectively as possible.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large sets of raw data (living in Salesforce, Snowflake, and several third‑party online tools) to help us understand trends and gaps in our business processes
- Drive data cleanliness by understanding the sources of inputs and working with stakeholders to eliminate noise
- Enable consolidated data reporting in BI tools
- Work with operational stakeholders to deeply understand and then build desired reports and dashboards
