- Deeply understand the business and customer needs.
- Assist in propagating the product vision across business areas.
- Contribute to the product vision, its definition and business value.
- Have a close partnership with the Product Owner, supporting the creation and prioritization of the product backlog, maximizing value for the organization.
- Ensure consistency between business needs and deliveries, as well as high quality, cost and deadline.
- Collaborate in the definition, analysis and validation of the main indicators to support decisions and measure the success of the product.
About you
Experience working in Marketing and/or CRM
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst
- Knowledge of the concepts of Value Journey, Consumer Journey and Customer Experience.
