Job Description

Overview: The Procurement Coordinator liaises between estimating team members, trade partners, suppliers, Construction, Design, Accounting, and Sales team members to ensure the accuracy of information for production. The position issues base purchase orders to the trade partners, prices custom items for Sales team members and Interior Designers, processes change orders, and reviews agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in an accurate, timely manner to meet production.
• Calculate and maintain material take-offs (lumber, finishing materials, steel, concrete, etc.) from working drawings and check take-offs provided by suppliers.
• Stay current with changes in the industry.
• Assist with review of purchase orders.
