• The Procurement Analyst (Supplier Shield Support Team) of CBRE will provide support to procurement professionals by ensuring a seamless onboarding and risk assessment experience for new suppliers. Troubleshoot potential issues and continuously seek improvements in the procurement process to better enhance overall service quality and operational excellence.

• Responsible for addressing procurement‑related inquiries through ServiceNow and maintaining effective use of the supplier onboarding and risk management tool through Supplier Shield while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer focus and analytical skills.
• Work closely with the Supplier Shield Product Owner, the Supplier Shield communications and change team, third party providers (Moody’s/GRMS/DIRO), D&T, and BSO.
