Procurement Agent - Mozambique

About the role BURN is looking for a Procurement Agent who will be responsible for organising and managing the local procurement process for supporting the local manufacturing of IDC.

This role ensures the timely acquisition of quality goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency, supplier relationships, and compliance with organisational policies .

Duties and Responsibilities Place and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders for relevant services, ensuring timely delivery through consistent follow-up and coordination.

Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs); analyze bids, conduct bid evaluations, and present recommendations for approval.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and value for money.

Conduct market research and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
