Job Description
Step into the role of Processing Specialist at the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre in Guelph. This position will allow you to assist prospective students through their applications for graduate and professional programs while promoting equity and inclusion.
The OUAC is looking for an individual with three years of relevant experience in client services. You will play a key role in processing applications for Graduate Studies, as well as provide necessary support to OMSAS, OLSAS, ORPAS, and TEAS divisions. Your effective communication and organizational skills will be vital in explaining complex processes to applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process applications for Graduate Studies division
• Provide support to OMSAS, OLSAS, ORPAS, and TEAS
• Assist applicants via phone and email communication

• Minimum 3 years in client services and application processing
