Processes And Operational Risk Analyst (Xico)

We are looking for our next mid-senior level Processes and Operational Risk Analyst that is specialized in management and risk-related MIS reporting, preferably from the banking sector, to work in the Unidad de Administración Integral de Riesgos.

Develop a working understanding of our risk management processes, in particular the operational risk management environment and tools. Ensure complete gathering of operational incidents from all different sources and data repositories with high information quality. Complete and correct where necessary. Coordinate with Internal Control, Internal Audit and other departments on ensuring root-causes are identified and addressed through resolution plans. Conduct interviews with responsible individuals from different departments when needed, to verify or challenge identified root-causes or implemented solutions.
