Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Process Improvement Engineer (Controls & Automation) to join our Corporate Engineering team within our Winnipeg Head Office located at 140 Otter Street. As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will provide high-quality technical support for Plant Manufacturing processes and Corporate Engineering projects, reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Engineering. You will lead and participate in providing technical support for our manufacturing processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary projects. You will collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors, focusing on developing project plans and budgets. You will also be responsible for the next steps in the project life cycle, including design and development, assembly, installation, commissioning, startup, and ongoing support.
