Process Engineer I

Resumen: Responsible for making improvements to processes (quality, production, and maintenance) deploying the documentation of the same, based on the taking of times and movements, analysis of waste elimination; working in coordination with production staff, is also responsible for generating the requisitions of consumables, indirect materials and / or tools.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Do time and motions studies in production.
- Validate and generate physical material consumption (work orders & quotation) report against the BOM.
- Elaboration and modification of Lay Out Autocad.
- Follow up day by day manufacturing Projects.
- Design new ideas of processes and forms new racks in-line.
- Support to Manufacturing in the launching of new products.
- Support to training operational personnel.
- Review and interpretation of drawings.
- Development of visual aids, instructions, and flow charts online.
