Job Description
Following the instructions, prepare various food items for customers. All food items should be properly packaged for delivery. Before and after each use, clean and disinfect all food preparation tools, instruments, and equipment.
Assuring the cleanliness of all food surfaces, as well as refrigerators, ovens, freezers, and microwaves. Notify the supervisor as soon as possible of any incidents or suspicions of food contamination. To avoid accidents, cleanup all spills and leaks as they occur.
To avoid food spoilage, use proper food storage procedures. Monitoring food supplies and informing the supervisor of low stock levels to ensure that the food preparation process is not disrupted or delayed due to a lack of ingredients. Creating food rotation labels and labeling all food items.
Assist with machinery installation, maintenance, and repair. Use tools to help with the manufacturing process. Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
