Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Leader to lead the Education Operations team supporting ProFed organization for Surgery and EP. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, enhancing service delivery, and leading the transformation of the operations function to better support strategic professional education needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in process design, optimization, and automation (preferred) , combined with a customer‑centric mindset , a strong compliance orientation , and advanced data‑driven decision‑making capabilities .
