Privacy Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Privacy Manager is responsible for overseeing Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation’s (SCIC) privacy management framework to ensure compliance with The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), the Provincial Personal Information Privacy Framework, and related federal and provincial legislation.
This role provides expert guidance on privacy legislation, leads FOIP request processing, oversees privacy incident investigations, ensures effective records management practices, and collaborates with internal and external partners to embed privacy protections into business practices, technologies, procurements, and third‑party agreements.
