Print Management Account Executive

We have an exciting opening in a print management company that differs from all competitors. We specialise in servicing the high end of the financial markets, along with publishing, marketing and charity sectors, and pride ourselves in providing high quality, flexible, innovative print services using the latest technologies in an environmentally responsible manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and back-up for the designated account team.
• Support the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager and ensure all customers receive consistently superior customer service.
• Work in conjunction with the account team to develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and the customer service detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement is delivered.
