In this leadership role, you'll influence the internal engineering platform by designing and evolving engineering templates and guardrails. You'll spearhead the Center for Enablement team, making substantial contributions to developer onboarding and overall experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural best practices, ensuring coherent systems across services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engineering templates and shared components
• Improve CI/CD workflows for smooth deployments
• Conduct static code analysis to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate on platform strategy with leadership
• Guide engineering teams in adopting standards and practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years of platform or software engineering experience
