We are searching for a hands-on expert with a strong background in drug discovery. You will work on optimizing pooled lentiviral screening processes while integrating with both biology and computational teams for effective drug validation. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be key in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize lentiviral screening workflows in immune cells
• Create and manage SOPs and detailed experimental records
• Collaborate with teams to connect screening outputs to drug discovery
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations
• Support lead characterization efforts throughout projects
