In this role, you will focus on Talent Attraction Solutions, with Avature as the primary platform supporting applicant tracking, candidate relationship management (CRM), and recruiting workflow orchestration. You will partner closely with Talent Attraction stakeholders, as well as Engineering, Architecture, Data Engineering, and Design teams. You will work within a distributed, cross-functional product team to define system capabilities, drive platform enhancements, and ensure integration across the People Tech landscape, including AI-enabled capabilities.
