About the Role
In this role, you will have an opportunity to drive significant business growth and make an immediate impact. You will provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to business leaders including driving outcomes with organisational development, leadership development, engagement and change management to drive a culture of high performance.
You will partner with global and regional CoE's and functional business partners to lead core talent cycle programs throughout the year (e.g. Talent Management, Calibration, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning etc.), keeping a pulse on workforce analytics, utilising Workday’s innovative HCM product to ensure talent strategies and metrics are outcome driven with regional nuances.
You will partner with an ecosystem of HR CoE's to drive performance management and investigations. In partnership with the business and Talent Acquisition you will drive business hiring and workforce planning.
