Manage end-to-end statutory financial reporting for assigned LATAM entities;Prepare and review statutory financial statements under US GAAP and LATAM GAAP and local country-specific requirements;Oversight of transactional processing performed by shared service organizations (SSO);Review and approve monthly reconciliations in Blackline for assigned G/L account;Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate income tax, GST/VAT, and withholding tax filing;Liaise with external tax consultants and internal tax teams;Perform internal control checks and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX frameworks;Partner with regional and global finance teams;Act as key finance contact for auditors, tax advisors, and service providers;Drive M&A and integration projects across LATAM;Collaborate with cross-functional te...
