We are looking for a visionary Principal Engineer focused on front‑end innovation to develop groundbreaking mechanisms and concepts that redefine functionality and elevate user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead front‑end innovation projects, generating bold ideas and transforming them into viable concepts.
- Develop new mechanical mechanisms and solutions that set benchmarks for performance and usability.
- Conduct advanced analysis and simulations to validate innovative designs.
- Collaborate closely with industrial designers and cross‑functional teams to merge creativity with technical feasibility.
- Mentor and inspire other engineers to embrace innovation and challenge conventional thinking.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, materials, and design trends to fuel disruptive innovation.
