As a Principal Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Incentive Compensation Management product. This role demands a robust design background, focusing on complex systems and influencing strategy at various organizational levels. You’ll be responsible for mentoring other designers and strengthening team collaboration within the product environment.
