The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world. As Principal, Creator Acquisition & Development, you will own the acquisition, onboarding, and long-term development of top-tier creators in Korea, including digital-first creators, studio-led creators, and high-impact creators on the platform. This role is responsible for building and scaling a sustainable creator ecosystem that enables high-quality content creation, stable creator growth, and long-term platform engagement.
