Principal BA - Innovation Platform Lead

Link-Worldwide in Mexico City is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to lead the business analysis activities on the CAPTIVATE Planisware platform. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams, managing the full requirements lifecycle and supporting post-go-live operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with a background in Lean/Agile environments. The hybrid work model includes a minimum office presence of 10 days per month.
