Primary Care Paramedic

Position Overview

Primary Care Paramedics provide care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team and are dedicated to providing compassionate, high‑quality health care services. The Primary Care Paramedic is responsible for providing accessible, responsive, and integrated patient care at all times, collaborating with health‑care providers, allied emergency service agencies, and other community agencies. This role ensures the safe, effective operation and use of vehicles and equipment in accordance with Manitoba Provincial Regulations, Acts, and Shared Health policy.

Experience

• Experience providing pre‑hospital care as an Emergency Medical Responder or Primary Care Paramedic.
• Competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge of Indigenous customs, traditions, and values.
