Job Profile
The Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) is central to high quality emergency medical response, pre‑hospital, and community based medical care. Under the supervision of the department’s organizational structure, the PCP provides medical services to the citizens of Winnipeg in accordance with established and approved medical standards and protocols.
