SUMMARY
The Tender Specialist is a strategic role within DSV Canada, sitting within the Tender Management department. The Tender Specialist ensures compliance with tender processes, maintains accurate pricing data, and contributes to competitive, customer focused proposals that help secure new and existing business.
The scope of work includes time-sensitive projects requiring the appointed candidate to perform in a fast-paced environment while managing several projects concurrently.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing & Tender Execution
- Lead the end-to-end process of responding to tenders and RFx requests, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely submissions on or before customer-designated due dates.
- Analyze tender and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, and review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders
