A Day in the Life
The President of the Consulting Division is responsible for the full operational and financial leadership of our global Consulting segment, a $500M+ revenue business with approximately 1,500 employees operating across multiple geographies, including the United States, Canada, and Australia. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive owns full P&L; accountability and is responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, disciplined margin governance, strong cash performance, and operational scalability across a complex, multi‑service consulting platform. The division operates across diverse regulatory environments, technical disciplines, client sectors, and currencies. The President must align global standards with strong local execution, integrating legacy and acquired organizations into a unified, high‑performing operating model.
