About the Role
Our client, a major professional services firm, is seeking a seasoned Presales Solution Architect to design, price, and present end-to-end BPO managed services solutions across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Operations. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping solutions from discovery through contracting and ensuring a seamless handoff to delivery — balancing client outcomes, risk, and deal economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and due diligence with sales and SMEs to capture process scope, volume profiles, target SLAs/XLAs, compliance needs, and application landscapes (ERP/CRM/ITSM).
