Job Description
Qualifications:
Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice within 90 days of employment. CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and licensure according to expiration dates. American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) membership is preferred. Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required along with a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and push/pull up to 300 pounds. Willingness to work at various locations as assigned.
