Pre-Construction & Pursuit Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of construction and design professionals to develop RFQs and RFPs for civil projects.
• Review contracts and provide commercial analysis, submit contract comments, and lead commercial CCMs with owners.
• Liaise with estimators to develop work‑breakdown structures and engage subcontractors.
• Collaborate with schedulers to complete schedules for client submissions.
• Lead discussions with logistics, operations, marketing, capital and legal teams.
• Lead bid and executive review meetings.
• Develop RFQ and RFP narrative technical writing, respond to owner questions, and support resume and project profile development.
• Ensure high standard competitive commercial and design strategies per RFP instructions, focused on winning pursuits.
