About the Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the early phase of ICI construction projects in Calgary. This position is suited to a professional who excels in planning, design coordination, estimating oversight, scheduling logic, and stakeholder alignment.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead preconstruction from initial client engagement through to final pricing/award

  • Coordinate design development, scope definition, and constructability reviews

  • Oversee estimating activities and support development of pricing strategies

  • Build and maintain schedules, risk registers, and procurement strategies

  • Facilitate communication among owners, designers, and internal teams
