Responsibilities
As a Practice Lead, Client Relations, Group Retirement Savings, your role is to support the manager of the National Client Relations Centre (CRC) team by contributing to team management and key identified initiatives, ensuring that clients and intermediaries receive best-in-class service. You will coordinate and guide a group of experienced professionals and may participate in management activities. Drawing on your strong practical knowledge of the group retirement savings sector, you will leverage your experience to support various internal projects and identified initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening the CRC service offering.
