Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the measurement and reporting of quality assurance indicators as identified by the Director of Family Health Services and the Family Medicine CQI committee, along with any other internal or third‑party reporting.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Primrose Clinic, including scheduling and supervision of staff.
• Organize training sessions and team meetings.
• Ensure environmental safety within the clinic.
