Responsibilities

• Analyzing and sharing market developments and trends
• Developing and maintaining internal resources and precedents
• Collaborating with and acting as a key resource to lawyers on technology-driven solutions and the use of AI
• Providing day-to-day practice subject matter expertise on complex legal issues
• Teaching CLE programs
• Supporting business development initiatives
