POSITION TITLE:
MiBRP Trainee
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Give support and answers to hourly and salary employees through our different contact channels, answering questions regarding HR processes
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personal attention in production offices
Review of employees information to resolve questions regarding hr
Contact with hr departments to solve question of employees
Case management through salesforce
Follow up on projects of the department
