Overview
What success looks like in this role:
- Develops knowledge and skills within a functional area or discipline.
- Serves in an entry-level role, receiving guidance and direction from a supervisor, manager or senior-level associate.
- May have basic accountability for routine assignments and task areas.
- Assignments involve a mix of learning and hands-on experience.
- May serve in a rotational manner, moving from one functional area to another for developmental purposes.
- May serve in either a technical or non-technical role, as described below. Additionally, may perform duties as described under the Intern / Student categories.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Assisting with hardware and software installation, configuration or maintenance.
- Troubleshooting network, system or application issues for internal or external clients.
