PowerBI dashboard need built from excel workbook database

I have a excel workbook that has all the data and a rendering of what I want my visualization dashboard to look like. I need someone to build a power BI desktop file using the provided workbook that I can import to my environment and link to the sharepoint URL/file.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
