POSITION OVERVIEW

The Power Cable Technician Sub‑Foreman will be responsible for splicing, terminating, and/or repairing XLPE, PILC, and PR cables and cable terminations. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing distribution and/or transmission cable systems ranging from 12kV to 230kV. The successful candidate will plan, supervise, and lead crews in the execution of work, with a solid understanding of quality control standards, condition assessment, inspection, and testing procedures for cable installation and maintenance.
