Job Description
Working closely with fee earners and the wider secured lending team, the Post Completion Assistant will take responsibility for all post‑completion aspects of property matters. This includes submitting applications to the Land Registry, dealing with requisitions, handling SDLT submissions, notifying lenders of registration, and closing files in line with firm procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with lenders, clients and third parties, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring files are fully compliant.
