Post Closing Call Center (Zapopan)

• Education : High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience : Previous experience in loan processing, document review, or a similar administrative role is a plus.
• Skills : Advanced English level.

• Ensure compliance with all Tricolor policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Ensure that deal jackets are 100% completed on time.
• Maintain good communication with the Loan Processing Manager and Loan Processor Specialist regarding any issues related to deal jackets.
• Advise and inform the Underwriter of any issues affecting loan status .

Location : Hybrid.

Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
