Provide vital post-acute hospitalist care at Brant Community Healthcare System in Brantford, Ontario. Join a supportive team focusing on Rehabilitation and Stroke unit care.
The Brantford General Hospital is seeking physicians skilled in post-acute care for long-term, lower-acuity patients. You will collaborate with specialists and nurses to deliver holistic care while participating in ongoing education and service improvements. This position allows for impactful engagement with both patients and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer MRP care in Complex Care and Rehabilitation units
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
